Bicara AI was founded in 2024 by a team of technology enthusiasts who saw a gap in the market. While large enterprises had access to sophisticated customer service tools, small and medium businesses were often left behind. We decided to build a solution that would level the playing field, giving businesses of all sizes access to AI-powered conversation tools that were previously only available to large corporations with significant resources.
